what is it

Ben is a benefits platform that helps companies support their people globally.

We launched a full rebrand to reposition Ben from a functional HR tool to a bold, human-centric platform that redefined how employee benefits are perceived and delivered.

what I did

I hired and partnered with London-based branding agency Ragged Edge, leading the full creative direction of the rebrand from strategy to execution over six months. I art directed every stage from typography, colour, and photography to web experience and messaging—while building a design system in-house to test and scale brand decisions.

Working closely with product designers, we ensured all new brand colours met accessibility standards. In collaboration with developers, we accurately replicated the Figma design system in Webflow to maintain consistency across every touchpoint and streamline production. Together, we reduced over 500 styles down to just 50.

New brand helped close clients like Mondelez, Virgin, Trainline, Octopus, and Grind

+830% increase in organic social media traffic

80% of website traffic is now brand-related

Website conversion rate increased from 2.0% to 7.7%

Website production time reduced from 1 week to 1–2 days
